A new series, ``Cantera: Visiting Psychiatrist Teru Yuruki's Medical Record'', based on the original work by Shinya Kusashita of ``Half-Gray - Requiem for a Roppongi Skyscraper'' and manga by Hinoji Fujimura of ``As the Gods Say'', started today in Young Champion No. 8 (Akita Shoten), released on March 24th.
"Cantera - Visiting Psychiatrist Teru Yuruki's Medical Record" is a medical drama about a visiting psychiatrist who cares for psychiatric patients who cannot go to the hospital for various reasons. In the first episode, Yuruki, a psychiatrist, visits a young man suffering from schizophrenia and is housebound, and provides treatment while also delving into the problems his parents are having. The work is serialized on Young Champion and Young Chan Web. In addition, medical supervision is provided by Takahiro Haga, the director of Clinic Nakano.
