Volume 1 of ippatu's latest work, ``Shoshohime'', known for works such as ``Kazuzaku'', was released today, April 6th.
``Shojo Hime'' is a new interpretation of ``Journey to the West'' and is a battle action and love comedy about a girl named Son Goku, Shojo Hime, who was sealed in a rock and lost her memory. The Princess is released from the seal by a passing monk, Xuanzang, and suddenly falls in love with him at first sight. Together with a mysterious little pig who knows about his past, the Kingfisher sets out to pursue Xuanzang through an empty world. The work is currently being serialized in Young Magazine (Kodansha).
