Mayu Murata's ``Honey Lemon Soda'' will be in its final episode in the May issue of Ribon (Shueisha), which will be released tomorrow, April 3rd.

"Honey Lemon Soda" is a youth love story in which Hana Ishimori, a first-year high school student who was bullied and called "stone" in middle school, gradually changes herself after meeting Kai Miura, a boy with lemon-colored hair. The serialization began in the February 2016 issue of Ribon, and the total number of books published, including the electronic version, has exceeded 16 million copies. It will be made into a live-action movie in 2021, and a TV anime in 2025.
Volume 31 of the book containing the final episode will be released on May 25th. In addition, the June issue of Ribon, which will be released on May 2nd, comes with a 32-page all-color "Honey Lemon Soda Illustration Book Jewelry Box." The July issue, scheduled to be released on June 3rd, will also come with an appendix of ``Honey Lemon Soda.''

In addition, this issue includes a 17-page one-shot, ``Chibi Maruko-chan: Maruko Meets Shinnosuke,'' a collaboration between Momoko Sakura's ``Chibi Maruko-chan'' and Yoshito Usui's ``Crayon Shin-chan.'' It was written by Botan Kohagi of Sakura Productions, who commented, ``I hope you enjoy Shin-chan's cuteness and the fun of the interactions that are unique to the two works.'' To commemorate the collaboration, a "manmaru pouch" featuring illustrations from the two works is also included.

Also, Ari Rino's new series ``Mikami-kun's fascinating secrets'' starts in this issue. The work tells the story of En Shiozaki, a super cool high school girl who enjoys a lonely life, and Shu Mikami, a sexy handsome man who appears in front of her.Rino commented, ``I will do my best to create an exciting work that can be enjoyed with both gag and romantic comedy elements!'' Additionally, Noriko Asaka from ``The Unparalleled Evil Woman is Favored by the Demon Prince'' appeared in the one-shot ``Kidnapping Pretend'', which depicts ``secret escapist love.''
