The Return of Frieren
Frieren and her original adventuring party are back for a new mission in Real Escape Game's latest collaboration. The event, titled 'Escape from the Village Where Demons Lurk,' features the Hero's party, including Frieren, Himmel, Heiter, and Eisen, who find themselves trapped in a village controlled by demons.
The Challenge Ahead
Players will step into the narrative as mages who must cooperate with the villagers to locate and defeat the lurking demon before Himmel falls completely under the spell's control. The challenge features a strict 60-minute time limit, reflecting the exact amount of time Himmel has remaining. Staff members and video introductions will guide players through their roles and the story as they navigate physical challenges throughout the venue to crack the puzzle and reach the game objective. A New Opportunity for Fans
With the Frieren manga currently on hiatus and Season 3 of the anime adaptation not airing until October 2027, this event gives fans a chance to interact with and engage with the series. Despite not releasing any new chapters in a long time, the Frieren manga still ranks among the most widely recommended manga series in Japan. Concurrently, Viz Media will release the second volume of Frieren's prequel novel series later this year, which will include multiple short stories revolving around Ubel, Serie, and Frieren herself.
