Volume 1 of ``Consumer Consumer Tar-san'', the latest work by Asami Hanzaki of ``Incompetent Hawk'', was released today, March 13th.
The stage is a consumer center in Netsudai Ward, Tokyo. At the Consumer Affairs Center, where there is no end to the number of people seeking advice regarding problems related to consumption, such as English teaching materials, hair loss, and health foods, counselor Jun Hoto spends his days busy responding to inquiries. One day, a man named Tar, who was born in the jungle and raised by orangutans, suddenly appears. Jun, who has been appointed as Mr. Tar's education officer, ends up counseling the people who rush to the center with Mr. Tar... The work is currently being serialized in Kiss (Kodansha).
