“San Jordi Day” is a traditional event that originated in the Catalonia region of Spain, and is celebrated on April 23rd every year to commemorate giving books and roses to loved ones. The campaign will feature a variety of initiatives with the theme of ``Books and Flowers'' to coincide with Sant Jordi Day. Daiichi Gardening, Les Millefeuils de Liberté, Karendo, and Hana Cupid member stores will randomly distribute one of four types of special ``Saint Jordi Day'' trial booklets to those who purchase roses at the store between April 18th and 24th. The first episodes of three works are included in each of the four booklets. The lineup includes 12 works, including Harold Sakuishi's ``THE BAND'', Mari Gangi's ``My Little Sister Knows'', PEACH-PIT's ``Shugo Chara! Jewel Joker'', and Asami Hanzaki's ``Consumer Consumer Tar-san''.

A campaign will be held at bookstores from April 20th to 26th. Special shoppers and stickers will be distributed to those who purchase Kodansha's manga books. The shopper is designed with characters from Kodansha's manga works. The stickers have various words written in speech bubbles that recommend the book. Inside the bookstore, posters, pop-ups, and sample reading booklets will also be installed. Furthermore, from April 20th to May 3rd, the e-bookstore will be running a special feature on the theme of ``manga you'll want to gift to someone.''
