Volume 1 of Koudon's ``Son of the Immortal King'' was released today, April 7th, from KADOKAWA's Kadokomi. This is a comic adaptation based on a novel by Natsu Hinata, and the obi has a recommendation from Neko Neko, the main character of ``Yakuya no Horigoto''.

``The Immortal King's Son'' is set in modern Japan, a society where non-human beings such as werewolves and vampires live alongside humans. The story begins when the Immortal King's son, Yamada Fushio, transfers to the class of a 6th grade elementary school girl, Yukiko. Yukiko is attacked and fatally injured by a cannibal, but her life is saved by an immortal man, but in return she becomes immortal. He is asked to keep the fact that he has become an immortal a secret, but he faces many problems such as a strange appetite and superhuman strength that makes it difficult to save, making his future difficult. The story depicts a girl who is at the mercy of immortality.
