The Inspiration Behind the New Drama
Nitsuko Nitsuyama's 'Let's stop being friends now. ~My rotten colleague destroys me with sweet pleasure~' has been adapted into a drama. Natsumi Okamoto and Rei Sawamura (ONE N' ONLY) will co-star in the drama, which will start airing on MBS's 'Drama Phil' slot on June 25th.

A Love Story Between Colleagues
'From now on, let's stop being friends.~A rotten colleague destroys me with sweet pleasure~' is a love story between Himari Shibasaki, a 27-year-old woman, and Kazumi Hojo, her best friend since college and colleague at work, who struggle between friendship and love. Himari, who has a strong sexual desire and has been traumatized by breaking up with previous boyfriends due to inconsistencies in their sexual lives, crosses the line when Kazumi suggests, 'Do you want to try it out with me?', and their relationship begins to change. This work won the TL category at the Electronic Comic Awards 2026.
In the drama, Okamoto will play the role of Himari Shibasaki, and Sawamura will play the role of Kazumi Hojo. The director is Masanori Takei, who is the main director of the 'Ultraman' series and has recently branched out into fields other than special effects, and the scriptwriter is Yukinobu Tsuruta, who worked on 'Buzz Until You Die!!'. Comments were also received from the original author Nitsuko Nitsuyama, Okamoto, Sawamura, and director Takei.
