``NHK Video File I Want to Meet That Person'', which features animation director Osamu Dezaki, will be broadcast on NHK General TV tomorrow, April 11th at 5:40 pm.

``NHK Video File I Want to Meet That Person'' is a program that aims to create a ``Japanese video file'' that revives the words of famous people from NHK's vast amount of audio and video materials and preserves and publishes them forever. Izaki joined Mushi Production at the age of 19 and was in charge of ``Astro Boy''. After leaving the company, he became a director for the first time at the age of 26 with ``Ashita no Joe,'' and went on to work on numerous films including ``The Adventures of Gamba,'' ``Ashita no Joe 2,'' and ``Black Jack.'' He passed away in 2011 after having a great influence on the anime industry with his unique production methods called "Dezaki production", such as "3-time panning" and "stopped pictures". The program will also feature footage of a conversation with Tetsuya Chiba, who was in charge of the animation for the original story of ``Ashita no Joe.''
