Satoshi Yanaka's one-shot ``Moon, Eye, and Pond Shrine Maiden'' was released on Shonen Jump+ today, April 23rd.

The work is a juvenile fantasy that depicts the main character, Hakuto, a junior high school boy who refuses to go to school because he doesn't like looking people in the eye. One day, Hakuto dives into a pond where legend has it that a Japanese sword is buried, and decides to sell it, hoping to be of help to his mother, who supports the family finances. At the bottom of the pond, he meets a girl with a sword stuck in her.
