``A reincarnated aristocrat, rises to the top with appraisal skills'' is a story about Ars Robend, who was reincarnated in another world, uses his appraisal skills to see through people's abilities and status to discover hidden talents, and together they push towards the strongest territory. The first and second seasons of the TV anime were broadcast in 2024. The first key visual depicts the main character Ars and his vassal Lietz going to the city of Canare in search of new human resources. As the catchphrase says, "Together with undiscovered talents," the new characters of the third season, Mucha and Zat, are also included.
In the first PV, which begins with Ars's monologue, vassals including Lietz appear one after another. The story is designed to give a sense of the new life awaiting Ars, who has become the mayor of Canare County, and the encounters with new people.
