Milky☆Hathaway: A Unique Collaboration Illustration Unveiled

There is some really interesting news for Gundam fans today! A special collaboration illustration between Mobile Suit Gundam: Flash Hathaway: Witch of Circe and Galaxy Express Milky☆Subway To All Stations Theater has finally been released to the public. It is not every day that we get to see such distinct sci-fi worlds coming together like this, and honestly, the result is quite fascinating to look at.

This particular collaboration illustration of "Mobile Suit Gundam: Flash of Hathaway: Circe's Witch" and "Galaxy Express Milky☆Subway Station Stop Theater bound" is officially credited to (c) Sotsu/Sunrise and (c) Yohei Kameyama/Titan Industries. It is a very cool crossover that bridges the gap between a high-stakes mecha drama and a more whimsical, yet deep, sci-fi short series.

Visual Breakdown: Makina Robo Meets Kusui Gundam

In this new artwork, Makina Robo from Milky☆Subway and the formidable Kusui Gundam from Flash of Light Hathaway are seen standing side by side. It creates a visual that is both surreal and very cool at the same time. While their art styles might seem different at first glance, they actually look quite balanced here. The creators have noted that Makina and Hathaway Noa actually share a lot in common. Both characters come from very unique backgrounds and are living with fates that they simply cannot escape from, no matter how hard they try.

When you look into mobile suit gundam: hathaway's flash, you realize just how heavy the themes of destiny are. Seeing that reflected alongside the cast of Milky☆Subway gives a whole new perspective to both stories.

Director Comments: Mutual Respect and Praise

The directors of both projects have also shared some very nice thoughts about each other's work. It is heart-warming to see such professional respect in the industry. Here is a quick look at what they said:

  • Director Nobuo Murase (Senko no Hathaway): He mentioned that he is quite impressed with the character settings and the plot. He specifically said, "Hats off to the character settings and plot that take advantage of the 3D texture. I also like the languid sci-fi feel."
  • Director Yohei Kameyama (Milky Subway): He was very high on the Gundam film, calling it a top-notch expression in every way. He even admitted that he felt a bit of regret while watching it because the quality was just that high\!

Overview of Both Series

If you are new to these titles, here is a bit of background. Mobile Suit Gundam: Flash of Hathaway: Witch of Circe is the latest chapter in the mobile suit gundam: hathaway's flash saga. It follows Hathaway Noa, the son of the legendary Bright Noa. He is now leading the Mufti rebel group, carrying on a legacy that traces back to his time fighting with Amuro Ray during the One Year War.

On the other hand, Milky☆Subway is a short anime series about Makina and his friends. They work together to handle various strange incidents that happen on the runaway train known as the Milky☆Subway. While the TV anime is set to broadcast from July 2025, there is already a theatrical version out with some brand-new scenes for fans to enjoy right now.
