The special video begins with a message from Takao Osawa, who plays Shiro Kaieda, and Hiroshi Tamaki, who plays Hiroshi Fukamachi. Regarding the third work in the series, Osawa says, ``The sequel takes place right at the climax of ``The Silent Fleet,'' and it has the most interesting, heart-pounding, and powerful story and visuals. I hope you're looking forward to it,'' expressing his confidence in the work's completion. Tamaki said, ``I think the highlight of Fukamachi, the character I play, is the gradual change in the rivalry with Kaieda, played by Mr. Osawa. Please take a look.'' In the main scene that follows, Kaieda's monologue overlaps with his inner thoughts, ``I want people all over the world to have the same dream as me.'' At the end, a caption appeared that read, ``The stage is finally moving to New York.''

The "Silent Fleet" series will be released as a live-action movie in 2023, followed by the drama "Silent Fleet Season 1 ~The Great Battle of Tokyo Bay~" which will be released in 2024 on Prime Video. The second film, ``The Silent Fleet: The Great Battle of the Arctic Ocean,'' which was released in theaters nationwide in 2025, has been exclusively distributed on Prime Video since March 20th. Furthermore, at a sequel production decision event attended by Osawa, Tamaki, director Kohei Yoshino, and others, it was announced that the series would continue to depict the original work until the end.
