A collaboration between Studio Ghibli and TOHO Cinemas Nagoya Sakae in Aichi, which will open on June 11th, has been announced.
TOHO Cinemas Nagoya Sakae is the flagship store in the Chukyo area, equipped with an IMAX laser, premium theater, and roaring theater. The collaboration will be held to commemorate the opening of a new movie theater in Aichi Prefecture, where Ghibli Park is located. In line with the project, posters and leaflets were created to announce the opening, featuring characters such as Porco, Kiki, and Kaonashi. The poster also includes the concept of TOHO Cinemas Nagoya Sakae: ``Stories are always born in movie theaters.'' The posters will be available at TOHO Cinemas theaters nationwide from April 10th, and leaflets will be available from April 24th until June 14th.
Also, Noriko Hidaka, who played Satsuki from ``My Neighbor Totoro,'' narrated the 15-second opening announcement video. The video will be screened for a limited time from April 10th to June 11th at TOHO Cinemas nationwide.

TOHO Cinemas Nagoya Sakae will be holding a limited-time decoration jack from the opening day. Inside the museum, a large Totoro welcomes visitors. Additionally, a giant mural depicting characters from Ghibli films rushing to celebrate the opening will appear in the lobby.
