New Trailer and Theme Song Details for Observation Record of a Self-proclaimed Villainous Fiancée Released

There is some really exciting news for all the isekai and romance fans out there! The team behind the upcoming TV anime Observation Record of a Self-proclaimed Villainous Fiancée has just released their second promotional video (PV). This new trailer is actually quite a treat because it not only gives us a fresh look at the animation but also finally reveals the details about the opening and ending theme songs that we have been waiting for. If you have been following the light novels or the manga, you know that this series is quite different from your usual villainess stories.

From what we can see in the 2nd PV of the TV anime Observation records of my fiancée, who is a self-proclaimed villainess, the production quality looks solid. The story follows Batia, a girl who gets reincarnated into the world of an otome game she used to play. However, instead of being the heroine, she is the "villainess." She becomes engaged to the Crown Prince Cecil, who is basically a bored genius because everything comes too easily to him. Batia is determined to play her part as a villain to get their engagement annulled, but her "evil" plans always end up being incredibly helpful or just plain adorable, which makes Cecil find her absolutely fascinating.

Theme Song Reveal and Musical Highlights

The music is definitely going to be one of the high points of this adaptation. According to the latest update, the opening theme song is titled Loughrea and is performed by the talented Airi Miyagawa. On the other hand, the ending theme song, which is titled Magic, will be sung by RLOEVO. In this second PV, which features many new cuts and scenes, fans can actually listen to snippets of both songs before the official broadcast begins. It really sets the mood for the series perfectly. The series is officially scheduled to start broadcasting on April 6th, so we do not have to wait much longer to see Batia's chaotic attempts at being a villain.
