Masuo Shiratori's new series ``Cold Knight, please make me happy from the first night'' started in the July issue of Cheese! (Shogakukan), released today, May 22nd. The work published in the supplementary booklet was so well received that it was serialized.
The Storyline
Isabelle, the daughter of an earl, had a previous life as an office lady who was scolded every day. She accepts a marriage proposal with William Marshall, known as the "cold demon knight," in place of her sister, and encounters an injured William on her way to the mansion. Isabel didn't feel as cold as the rumors said, but...
The Serialization
The new series is being serialized in Cheese! magazine, which is released monthly. This month's issue includes anniversary canvas art as an appendix to commemorate Cheese!'s 30th anniversary. Kotomi Aoki's ``Girlfriend Loves Lies Too Much'', Rei Fujima's ``King's Beast - Arcana of Occultation'', and Shu Shinpo's ``Coffee & Vanilla'' are newly drawn illustrations, and one of the three types will be randomly selected.
The Artists' Contributions
The anniversary canvas art is a special feature of this month's issue, with newly drawn illustrations from various artists. The illustrations are a great addition to the magazine and commemorate its 30th anniversary. The new series, Cold Knight, please make me happy from the first night, is a great read, with a unique storyline and characters.
