``Ura Tokyo no Osoroshidokoro'' is an exorcist school action story about Haruho Nanbu, a girl who aims to become an exorcist, and Souma Kuroniwa, a boy who harbors the worst evil spirit in his body. Haruho visits Ura-Tokyo, which exists on the other side of Tokyo, to take the exam for the Ura-Tokyo Exorcist School, a school that educates exorcists, but she feels that her abilities are limited. There, Haruho meets Soma Kuroniwa, a mysterious boy who is also taking the entrance exam for Ura-Tokyo School, and encounters an evil spirit on the train... This is the first serialization by a rookie who won the Magazine Newcomer Manga Award.
