Season 2 of the TV anime "Wistria of Staff and Sword" based on the original work by Fujino Omori and Sei Aoi has started, and a new chapter PV has been released.

Season 2 of "Wistria of Staff and Sword" is currently being broadcast on TBS network, 28 stations nationwide, and BS Nippon TV. The new chapter PV depicts Will and Elfaria's battle at the border festival (Terminaria), as well as Will and his friends finally heading to the tower after graduating from the magic academy.
Blu-ray Release
It has also been decided that Season 2 will be made into Blu-ray. The first volume will be released on August 26th, and the second volume will be released on November 27th. The bonus booklet included in each volume includes the opening video storyboard created by general director Tatsuya Yoshihara, various setting materials, and a short story written by Omori. A drama CD based on the short story is also included. The Blu-ray book case was designed by Aoi, and the jacket was designed by character designer Saka Ono.
