Nishi's new series "The engagement was called off, but I don't remember being engaged in the first place - The embroiled young lady wants to sing and live", based on the original work by Minami Nisineba, will be uploaded to Square Enix's manga today, June 19th! It started with
"The engagement was called off, but I have no recollection of being engaged in the first place. I want to make a living by singing."
The Storyline
The work is a comic adaptation of Nishine's light novel. Nora, the daughter of a poor baron, is told by Alan, the son of a prestigious marquis, to break off her engagement at a dinner party. However, I had no recollection of getting engaged in the first place. Furthermore, Elias, a young man with the same face as Alan, appears and asks to be engaged... The love triangle between Nora, Alan, and Elias is depicted.
