A TV anime adaptation of Aki Irie's ``North Northwest ni Kumo to Go'' has been announced.

``Cloudy to the North-Northwest'' is a ``juvenile mystery'' set in Land's End at 64 degrees north latitude on the island of Iceland. The story depicts Kei Miyama, a 17-year-old who can talk to cars and has a weakness for beautiful women, as he carries out requests as a detective.
The Story Behind the Anime
The series started being serialized in Haruta in March 2016, and then transferred to Blue Knight (both KADOKAWA). In February 2025, it was announced that he would be leaving the magazine and pursuing activities. Tomorrow, April 30th, the latest book ``North-Northwest ni Kumo to Go Tsuzoku 1'' will be released by Yukiwariso.
