Fans of Exandria have a fresh reason to celebrate as Critical Role announces a groundbreaking crossover with Hololive’s virtual idols. The upcoming Daggerheart campaign, titled Shattered Legends, will roll out in mid‑November, delivering a fully canon storyline that blends the storytelling flair of Critical Role with the vibrant personalities of Hololive.
Star‑Studded Cast and Roles
Veteran voice actor Matthew Mercer returns as the Game Master, guiding the narrative while Marisha Ray reprises her role as Florence. Joining them are Hololive’s Nerissa Ravencroft (as Siliun “Sil” Faell), Mori Calliope (as Kaz Oogod), Shiori Novella (as Marchen “March” Rosemyne), and Gigi Murin (as Giryn). The blend of seasoned tabletop veterans and energetic VTubers promises unpredictable twists and lively role‑play.
Where to Catch the Episodes
The campaign will stream simultaneously on Critical Role’s official YouTube channels, the Hololive English channel, and Nerissa Ravencroft’s personal channel. Subscribers to the Beacon streaming service will also gain access, plus exclusive behind‑the‑scenes footage for paid members of Nerissa’s channel.

Beyond the main episodes, fans can look forward to an “Episode 0” that delves into character creation, and a post‑episode discussion series called “Cooldown” available only to Beacon patrons. This extra content adds depth to the world‑building and gives insight into how the cast meshes their distinct performance styles.
Hololive’s Expanding Horizon
2026 marks a pivotal year for Hololive, as the agency celebrates its 9th anniversary while gearing up for a 10th‑year milestone in 2027. Recent collaborations span heavyweights like Mobile Suit Gundam and Monster Hunter, and a new anime, Hololive: Let's Head Out!, is in development by Studio KAI. The agency also launched Hololive Dreams, a free rhythm‑RPG available on mobile and PC.

With the Shattered Legends crossover, Critical Role and Hololive not only expand their audiences but also reinforce a shared commitment to innovative storytelling across mediums, from animated series to comics and tabletop games.
