U-NEXT Comic's vertically scrolling manga ``Deep Revenge - The Housekeeper Who Abandoned Her Face'', based on the original scenario by Kanako Ishigami and illustrated by J-MANGA CREATE, has been made into a TV drama. It will be broadcast sequentially on Yomiuri TV, Chukyo TV, and BS12 Twelve from April 9th.

Nozomi, the main character of ``Deep Revenge - The Housekeeper Who Abandoned Her Face,'' gets into a traffic accident while pregnant with her husband Ryoichi's child. When Nozomi wakes up, four years have passed, and her unborn child has also died. Furthermore, while Nozomi was in a coma, Ryoichi divorced her and married Erika Mido, the daughter of a large company. And Nozomi, in despair, learns that the accident was orchestrated by Ryoichi and Erika... The story depicts Nozomi changing her name and face, becoming Ryoichi's housekeeper, and taking revenge on them.
Along with the announcement of the drama, a visual of a woman with her face covered in bandages was released. A teaser movie featuring the women who appear in the visuals has also been released. Cast information has not been disclosed.

The drama will be directed by Hidemitsu Miyamoto, who also worked on ``Sugar Dog Life,'' as well as Koichi Okamoto and Ryosuke Sakuno. In addition to Mikiko Takahashi, who wrote the screenplay for ``Business Wedding,'' Ishigami also participated. Ishigami said, ``I was also involved in the script, and while based on the story of the original work, I had a valuable opportunity to take on the challenge of developing a story unique to a drama.''
