The Inspiration Behind the New Release
The 4K digitally remastered version of "Kiki's Delivery Service" will be shown for a limited time at IMAX theaters nationwide from June 19th. The trailer video and visitor gift information have been released.

A Look Back at the Original Film
``Kiki's Delivery Service'' was released in 1989 with Hayao Miyazaki serving as producer, scriptwriter, and director. In the trailer video, a clear scene from the 4K digitally remastered version supervised by Studio Ghibli is shown, accompanied by the insert song ``Yasashisashi ni Watareta Nara'' sung by Yumi Arai.
An A3-sized "IMAX Theater Visual Poster" will be distributed as a present for attendees. An image board drawn at the time of production shows Kiki's back looking down on the city on the full moon night before her departure.
