The Saint’s Legacy Manga Serialization and New Updates
It’s really great news for the fans of fantasy novels as it has been officially decided that the popular novel Saint's Legacy, written by the talented Eiko Mutsuhana, is finally getting a comic adaptation. Now, if you are an avid reader, you might already know Mutsuhana for her other famous series, The magic school life of returning by death, from a prologue with an ex-lover (* however, the likability is zero). This new project is quite special because the artwork for the manga will be handled by Waka, the same person who was in charge of the beautiful cover art for the original novels. It’s always nice when the visual style stays consistent, no?
The serialization is set to start very soon in Shinchosha's Comic Bunch Kai and Comic Seymour starting from June. This means we don’t have to wait for very long to see these characters come to life on the pages. For those who enjoy a mix of romance and other-world adventure, the Saint's Legacy is definitely something you should keep an eye on.

Plot Overview: A Journey Between Worlds
If you are wondering what the story is all about, The Legacy of the Saint is actually a part of the bigger Saint series by Rotsuka. The story follows a college student named Nae Katamine. Poor girl has recently lost her grandmother, who was her only remaining immediate family member. Just when she thinks she is all alone in this world for the rest of her life, she discovers something magical. Through her grandmother's old wardrobe, she finds a path leading to a sanctuary in another world.
In this new world, Nae meets a young boy named Sacred, who is unfortunately covered in scars. Being a kind-hearted person, she simply cannot leave him alone in that state. This leads her to start traveling back and forth between her world and this mysterious sanctuary. As she spends more time with him, their relationship starts to change and grow in a very touching way. Seeing the Saint's Legacy evolve like this is what makes the narrative so engaging for the readers.
Upcoming Releases in the Saint Series
Apart from the manga news, there is more happening in the Saintou series. Shinchosha has announced that several titles, including The Saint's Legacy, The Saint's Pot, and The Saint's Sister, are getting complete versions published by Shincho Bunko NEX. They are planning to release them one by one, so fans will have plenty to read in the coming months.
