The story depicts the battle between Seigaku, who has finally made it to the finals of the national tournament, and the champion, Rikkai. Seigaku, which has continued to advance steadily by winning the Tokyo and Kanto tournaments in the national junior high school tennis tournament, will once again face Rikkai, who fought to the death in the finals of the Kanto tournament, and compete for the top spot.
