Prince of Tennis Series Completion Event in July
The fans of the legendary sports series have something really big to look forward to this summer. An event titled Commemorating the completion of the original The Prince of Tennis series! Tenipuri Surprise☆Summit is being organised to celebrate the end of Tsuyoshi Konbi's long-running series. This special gathering will take place on July 19th at the Tokyo International Forum Hall A in Tokyo. It is definitely a bittersweet moment for the community as they prepare to bid farewell to a story that has been part of their lives for decades.
The official logo for the Tennis Prep Surprise☆Summit has been released, marking the 25th anniversary of the franchise. It is truly incredible to think that The Prince of Tennis first started its serialization in Weekly Shonen Jump back in 1999. Since 2009, the journey continued with the New Prince of Tennis in Jump Square. However, on March 21 of this year, a major announcement on Konomi's X account revealed that there are only 5 episodes left until the final episode, making many fans realise the Prince of Tennis is finally reaching its ultimate climax.

Star-Studded Guest List and Ticket Details
The event is not just a simple celebration; it is going to be a massive reunion of the original voice cast. Along with Takeshi Konomi, several famous voice actors will be present to interact with the audience:

- Ryutaro Okiayu (Kunimitsu Tezuka)
- Takayuki Kondo (Shuichiro Oishi)
- Yuki Kaida (Shusuke Fuji)

The masters of ceremony for the night will be Sei Kawamoto and Masaya Onosaka. For those who want to attend, the tickets will be distributed through a lottery system for readers of the May issue of Jump Square. The magazine goes on sale today, April 3rd, and you can apply using the QR code printed inside from 6pm onwards. The lucky winners will be announced on April 22nd at 3pm.

Apart from the physical event, there is a treat for global fans too. On the same day, July 19th, a special program called The Prince of Tennis Anime Series 25th Anniversary Special will be live-streamed on the official YouTube channel at 10 p.m. This is one of the many reasons why the Prince of Tennis remains a classic in the sports genre even after so many years.
