The New Volume Release
Volume 6 of Sakaomi Yuzaki's ``Women who want to make and women who want to eat'' was released by KADOKAWA today, June 15th. This is the first new volume in 2 years and 4 months since the previous volume was released in February 2024.
A Milestone Achieved
In conjunction with the publication of the 6th volume, it was also announced that the total number of copies published in the series has exceeded 1 million copies. A special website commemorating this event features supporting illustrations and comments by manga artists Natsuko Taniguchi, Akiko Morishima, Qita Minami, and Umi Shiina, Satoko Nagamura, representative director of Kodomap General Incorporated Association, Munetsugu Matsuoka, writer and representative director of Fair Incorporated Association, artist/actor Emi Nishino, and actor Manami Higa.
``The Woman Who Wants to Cook and the Woman Who Wants to Eat'' is a ``cooking manga'' that depicts the interaction between Nomoto, who wants to cook a lot, and Kasuga, who wants to eat a lot. It was also made into a drama on NHK night drama.
