Behind the Scenes of 'The Dragon and the Chameleon'
The video was released as part of 'INSIDE SQUARE ENIX,' a project to interview creators about Square Enix titles. In the video, Ishiyama talks about his real-life experiences reflected in 'The Dragon and the Chameleon,' which is about manga artists, the behind-the-scenes process of story and character creation, and what he values in order to continue drawing manga. There is also a video of Ishiyama's drawings and a corner where he answers questions from readers.


New Volume Release and Digital Availability
'Ryu and Chameleon', the latest 9th volume of which was released today, is a manga artist battle manga that begins when Garyu Hanagami, a popular manga artist who loves drawing manga so much that he forgets how to eat and sleep, and Shinobu Miyama, an assistant and new manga artist who is good at copying people's drawings, switch places. It is currently being serialized in Gangan Joker (Square Enix). To commemorate the release of the latest volume, illustration paper will be distributed at e-STORE, and illustration data will be available at each e-bookstore.
