The original webtoon ``Hatsukoi Reverse ~Detective Returns to Furidashi'' co-produced by TV Tokyo and Amuse Creative Studio has been made into a TV drama with the title ``Detective Returns to Furidashi''. Gaku Hamada plays the lead role, and Anna Ishii and Nobuyuki Suzuki also appear in the drama, which will be broadcast on TV Tokyo and other channels from April 17th.
"Hatsukoi Reverse ~Detective Returns to the Beginning~" is a time-leap suspense story in which the main character, Makoto Hyakutake, a detective around 40 years old, reconsiders his life, love, and investigation of unsolved cases. Since losing his lover, Makoto has lost his motivation and is living a dull life.One day, while cornering a violent criminal, he loses his life on the scene. However, the next time Makoto wakes up, he is transported back in time to 10 years ago in 2016, the day he started his career as a detective. There, he acquires a cheat ability that allows him to see the future and struggles to save the life of his lover, who is still alive. ``Hatsukoi Reverse ~Detective Returns to Furidashi~'' will be available on Mecha Comic from March 27th.
