Yuki Sonoyama's "Breath" will be made into a TV anime in 2027. Teaser PV and main staff have been released.

"Breath" is a story about Aia Udagawa, a former model who dreams of becoming a makeup artist, and Jun Sumizaki, who dreams of becoming a model. It is currently being serialized in Monthly Shonen Sirius (Kodansha), and the cumulative circulation of the book has exceeded 1.25 million copies. The latest volume 8 will be released on March 9th. In 2024, it was ranked 15th in the ``Recommended Comics 2024 chosen by bookstore staff nationwide''.
The teaser PV depicts Aia and Jun competing in a school festival contest in pairs, one playing the role of a stylist and the other playing the role of a model. The director is Shotaro Kitamura, the series composition and screenplay is by Fukuro Kamiza, the character design is by Honoka Yokoyama, the music is by Ryo Yoshimata, and the production is by A-1 Pictures.
