Volume 1 of Misaki Mori's ``Atoshimatsu of the Witch of the East ~Fate 7 Years Later~'' was released by Earth Star Entertainment today, March 12th. This is a comic adaptation based on a novel by Souki Nakamura.
The story of "The Witch of the East's Aftermath ~Fate 7 Years Later~" begins with the scene where the witch Adele is burned to death. Adel's crime was that, fearing that he would be subdued by the hero Reynold, she kidnapped him as a young boy before he had awakened as a hero through precognition, and tried to brainwash him for seven years to suit her convenience, and that was true. Adel thinks it's natural for her to be hated because she stole the glory she should have earned as a hero. However, after Adele is killed, Reynold hates the church and learns that he will become a demon lord in the future. A comedy about fate tampering that transcends time and space, between a single-minded runaway disciple and a sloppy master.
