The Inspiration Behind the New Arc
The synopsis and preliminary scene cuts of the first act (episode 1), ``Solsein,''' which will begin airing on July 8, 2026 (Wednesday), from the summer anime ``Crevates II - The Legend of the Demon King and the False Hero'' have been released.
``Klebates - King of Demon Beasts, Baby and Corpse Hero'' is a high fantasy based on the manga currently being serialized on LINE Manga by Yuji Iwahara of ``Dimension W,'' and revolves around Alicia, who has become one of the 13 heroes chosen by the king, and Clebates, the king of monsters, who is entrusted with the one baby Luna. The first season was broadcast from July to September 2025.
Lay-duce will be producing the animation for the second season, ``Crevates II - The Legend of the Demon King and the False Hero,'' under the direction of director Kiyotaka Taguchi, who is known for many special effects works such as the ``Ultraman'' series, and who took on the challenge of directing an anime for the first time in the first season. The cast will continue to include Haruka Shiraishi who will play Alicia, Mutsuko Tamura who will play Crenn, and Yuichi Nakamura who will play Clebates.
Plot and Characters
The brave Alicia defeated General Drell, and the war between Heiden and Borate ended. The point of contention during the trilateral talks that included Eslin was the "secret room" left behind by Drell. In search of its existence, envoys from all over the world visit Solsein, the seminary in Baureto one after another. Among them was Crenn, who had become Luna's exclusive magic teacher.
Act 1 (Episode 1) “Theological School Solsein”
After a long battle, Queen Heiden Toara and her son Luna are reunited. Kren and his group are rewarded by Toara for protecting Luna, and Kren is appointed as Luna's exclusive magic teacher, as requested.
However, Luna's education begins at the age of three. Until then, for about two years, Kren decides to attend the seminary Solsein with Alicia.
