The Latest Update on LIAR GAME Anime
New cast members have been announced for the TV anime "LIAR GAME" based on the original work by Shinobu Kaitani. Jun Fukuyama will play the role of Nearco.
Character Design and Storyline
Nearco is a dealer at the Liar Game Bureau. He manages the 'smuggling game' with Leronilla. He wears a mask with diamond-shaped patterns above and below his eyes and a long thin beard. Anime Official X also ran a 'Nearco Cast Guessing Game' using photos of cast members wearing masks. Fukuyama commented, 'This human drama that exposes human greed and karma has been made into an anime over time, and it is so interesting that time doesn't matter!'
