Nagisa Fujisaki, a first-year junior high school student, is unable to go to school after summer vacation, so she ends up going to the school nurse's office for just one hour. Then, in the school nurse's room, there was Alma Hiiragi, also a first year student, who had been coming to the school nurse's office since the entrance ceremony. This is a story of friendship and growth set in the school nurse's office between Alma, a self-proclaimed "Hokepie" senior who attends the school, and Nagisa, a "newcomer."
