New Gundam Anime Announcement Set for July 24th

The wait is almost over for Gundam fans, as a special program announcing new animation information for the Gundam series will be broadcast simultaneously worldwide on Gundam's official YouTube channel "Gundam Channel" from 3:00 a.m. on July 24, 2026.

The Inspiration Behind the New Arc

This special program will deliver the same new information to the world as the panel event "GUNDAM Showcase 2026 - Unveil the Next Gundam" to be held at SDCC (San Diego Comic Con) from 10:30 am local time on July 23rd. Please note that this distribution is not a recording or broadcast of a panel event.

SDCC Panel Event Details

At the panel event "GUNDAM Showcase 2026 - Unveil the Next Gundam" at the SDCC venue, special guests from Japan will be welcomed and information on new animations will be announced. At the same time, we will also introduce the current and future of the Gundam series, including the planned development of the series in Japan and overseas. Additionally, a limited number of novelty bags filled with Gundam-related items will be distributed to visitors.

A Gundam booth will also be on display at the SDCC venue. This booth will introduce the latest information on the "Gundam series" including the new game title "GUNDAM ROGUE ORBIT", as well as exhibits related to the new animation that will be announced at the panel event.
In addition, the latest products from the Gundam series, including new anime from Bandai Namco Group, will be on display, and there will also be a photo spot with Gunpla-kun and the Gundam statue.
