The one-hour special "Sazae-san Spring Recreation Special" of the TV anime "Sazae-san" based on the original work by Machiko Hasegawa will be broadcast on Fuji TV from 18:00 on March 22nd.

The 1-hour special will air four episodes: ``Sazae goes to meet killer whales!'' ``The Isono family will sort things out!'' ``What's going to happen with the cherry blossom viewing'' and ``Tara-chan Kawa no Ji''. In "Sazae Goes to Meet Killer Whales!", the Sazae family visits Kamogawa Sea World in Kamogawa City, Chiba Prefecture. Kamogawa Sea World had already appeared in the opening from October to December 2025. This is the first time that Sazae appears in the main story of the anime, and in the movie, Sazae and his friends are invited by Sazae's high school classmate who works as a zookeeper to enjoy a killer whale show. A collaboration commercial between "Sazae-san" and Nissan Motors will also be unveiled during the one-hour special.
