The summer anime 'Yani Neko' has released the synopsis and preliminary scene cuts of its second episode, which will begin broadcasting on Thursday, July 9, 2026. 
The Story So Far
'Yani Neko' is a comedy based on a manga by Nyan Nyan Factory, currently being serialized in Kodansha's 'Young Magazine'. The story depicts the lives of scum cats who can't be hated, living in a world where humans and beastmen coexist. The beastman Yanineko lives a lazy life, smoking cigarettes, with no money and no livelihood.
Episode 2 Preview
Yani-neko, who has run out of resin, goes to sell one to her junior neighbor, Yaku-neko. The two of them hang out for some reason, even though they are being thrown around by a strange junior, but no matter how you look at it, there is nothing but anxiety in the air due to the suspicious smoke and suspicious behavior. 
Meanwhile, Yanineko is offered a part-time job and begins to talk to Yakuneko about 'living a free life.'
