Ryosuke Tsuji is a male employee who is feared within the company as a demon boss. One of Ryosuke's subordinates, a female employee who works at her own pace, is under strict guidance every day, but in reality, the two are secretly dating, and although Ryosuke is super stoic at work, he is a tsundere boyfriend who spoils her when they are alone at home. There are also two other couples in the company, and the story depicts how the three of them get along.
