``Little Friends'' serialized in Tonari no Young Jump is a heartwarming account of living things observed by elementary school students and office workers. Sunohara, who works in the real estate industry, is trying his best to help his clients buy the house they want, but because he takes too long to sign a contract and can't come up with a figure, he feels depressed that he's not cut out for the job. One day, he meets Shiki, an elementary school boy, at a park where he stops during a break.
