The production of the second season of the TV anime "The Fable" based on the original work by Katsuhisa Minami has been decided. A teaser visual and the continued cast of Kazuyuki Okitsu, Miyuki Sawashiro, Kana Hanazawa, Akio Otsuka, and Tetsuo Komura were also announced.
``The Fable'' was serialized in Young Magazine (Kodansha) and has sold over 30 million copies. The film tells the story of an invincible assassin named Fable who spends a year on hiatus as a hitman and is not allowed to kill anyone. In addition to being made into a live-action movie twice, the first season of the anime was broadcast in 2024. “The Fable The Third Secret” is currently being serialized in Young Magazine.
The second season of the anime features the ``Yamaoka Arc,'' which depicts what happens after the first season.
