The release date of ``New Theatrical Version ☆ Sergeant Keroro: Resurrection and Rapid Action: The Earth is in Crisis of Destruction!'', based on the original work by Yoshizaki Kannon, has been set for June 26th. Arles and Delles were announced as new characters.
Arles and Delles are characters who hold the key to the story of the movie version. It has been revealed that he is a Keronite brother and may have had a relationship with a member of Keroro Platoon in the past... These new information were announced during the stage event ``New Theatrical Version ☆ Keroro Sergeant: Revival and Rapid Attack of the Earth is in Crisis of Destruction!'' and ``Keroro Sergeant's Kero! and Radio'' Public Recording'' held on March 29th at AnimeJapan 2026. At the event, Arles and Delles, whose original designs were created by Yoshizaki, were also unveiled.
``New Theatrical Version☆ Keroro Sergeant: Revival and Quick Action The Earth is in Crisis of Destruction!'' is a 20th anniversary project of the animation of ``Keroro Sergeant'', and will be released as a movie for the first time in 16 years since 2010. Yuichi Fukuda will be in charge of the screenplay and general director.
