Hunter x Hunter fans are in for a treat as Kite, one of the series' most beloved characters, is making a comeback with a brand new design in the hit mobile game Hunter x Hunter Nen x Survivor. This roguelike survivor-action game has been a hit among fans, allowing them to utilize their favorite characters and take down waves of enemies with their Nen abilities.
The Return of Kite
Kite's new design can be seen below, featuring his iconic Chimera Ant-era outfit, complete with a purple aura, water effects, and a chibi battle model specifically designed for the Nen x Survivor update. 
On July 20, Kite will be joining the roster of characters in Nen x Survivor through a limited-time pickup gacha, which will run until August 3. Although this is a limited-time event, it's unclear whether Kite will become a permanent fixture in the game or if his current form will be added in the future.
Kite's Background and Role
Kite is a Hunter who specializes in biological research and is a student of Ging. He met Gon when Gon was young and inspired him to take the Hunter Exam by telling him about his connection to Ging. Kite's character will be voiced by Shuichi Ikeda, who also voiced him in the 2011 Hunter x Hunter anime series. For more news and updates, visit our news page.
It's worth noting that Kite's story in the anime series took a dramatic turn when he was killed by Neferpitou, only to be reborn as a young girl and the twin sister of the Chimera Ant King, Meruem. Whether this storyline will be explored in the game remains to be seen, but for now, fans can look forward to Kite's return in Hunter x Hunter Nen x Survivor.
