Additional cast and staff and teaser PV for the anime "World is Dancing" based on the original work by Kazuto Mihara have been released.

``The World is Dancing'' is set in the Muromachi period and depicts Oniyasha, a handsome boy who later became known as Zeami. Additional cast members include Kaminha Tsuchiya, who will play Ishiya, a member of Kanzeza who understands Oniyasha, and Maaya Uchida, who will play Kogane, a friend of Oniyasha. In addition, Rumi Paku will play Masujiro, a young entertainer who leads Dengaku Niiza and has a strict eye on Oniyasha, Katsuyuki Konishi will play Kan'ami, the head of Kanze-za and Oniyasha's father, and Haruki Ishitani will play Jujigoro, a member of Kanze-za and a young drummer apprentice. Comments were also received from Tsuchiya, Uchida, Park, and Konishi.
The participation of Noh performer Reijiro Tsumura has also been announced as a supervisor for Sarugaku, Dengaku, and Noh plays. Kaiji Moriyama, who directed the Tokyo 2020 Paralympic opening ceremony, will be in charge of the choreography. Along with the release of this information, congratulatory comments from the original author Kazuto Mihara and illustrations of the main characters have also arrived.
The PV starts with Yasha's line, ``People die whether they dance or not.'' Characters whose cast has been announced, including Kan'ami, will appear one after another. It also includes the line, ``I hate dance, I hate my father,'' and the relationship between Oniyasha and his father, Kan'ami, as well as the feelings of the people surrounding Oniyasha towards dance, are reflected along with Oniyasha's own growth.
Broadcast information has also been released. The anime will be broadcast on TOKYO MX, BS Asahi, and other channels from July 2026. Cygames Pictures is in charge of production. Toshimasa Kuroyanagi will be the director, and Yumiri Hanamori will be playing the role of the main character, Oniyasha.
