'Would you like to become a raccoon dog?' is a 'heartfelt raccoon story' that touches hearts that are trying too hard. Today, Koganemaru goes to the city to scout humans in order to increase the number of people living in the mountain. Through encounters with Koganemaru and other raccoon dogs, people with various problems rediscover what is truly important in life.
