The triple collaboration shoes are designed with a symbolic scene in which countless cables are connected to the back of Motoko Kusanagi, the main character of "Ghost in the Shell." Motoko Kusanagi's visual is placed on the inner sole, and the cable connected to her back appears to extend throughout the upper. The HEXALITE cushioning and logo that symbolize INSTAPUMP FURY are colored in turquoise blue, which is reminiscent of "Ghost in the Shell." The subtitle of the work is "People love machines in 2029 A.D." on the back of the tongue, "Ghost in the Shell" on the left heel, and "GHOST IN THE SHELL" on the right heel. The shoe box is also designed to be linked to the shoe itself, with cables extending from it.
In addition, a triple collaboration T-shirt between graphic artist Kosuke Kawamura, "Ghost in the Shell" and atmos will also be on sale. The T-shirts are printed with 15 editions of Kawamura's design, which was divided by Design Factory AZOTH using its own theory and know-how, based on the silkscreen method that was mainstream in the United States in the 1990s, which coincided with the time when the work was released. The T-shirt has been designed to give you the feel of the time it was first released.
Shoes are priced at 29,700 yen including tax, and T-shirts are priced at 12,100 yen including tax. Both will be available at each atmos store and atmos online shop. A lottery sale will be held at the atmos online shop.
