12 heroines entered the "First Alive Queen" deciding match. You can vote for your favorite character through reader surveys and by liking Alive's official X posts. In addition, information on events such as autograph sessions and POP UP SHOPs to be held in Akihabara, Tokyo, and giveaways of colored papers signed by the artists are also provided.

In the appendix, there is a ``Otome Kaiju Caramelized Special Acrylic Stand'' and a ``20th Anniversary Memorial Booklet'' where you can read short manga drawn just for this booklet by the Alive writers. Three works have also been published as new series: Shin's ``Traveling Informant'' by Jun Konno, Sekaname's ``Welcome to the Otherworld Cafe Halcyon!'' by Kazami Kei, and Koko's ``Howling Blaze: Funeral Swordsman and Immortal Witch'' by Yu Shibata.
