Volume 1 of Hama's ``Kyoto Shimogamo Kamisama no Isourou'' was released today, June 26th, by KADOKAWA's Dengeki Comics NEXT. This is a comic adaptation based on Mai Mochizuki's novel.

Moeko Harumiya, a self-proclaimed "ordinary" high school girl who can see ghosts, left her parents when she was in the second grade of elementary school and lives with relatives in Kyoto. Her favorite is Riyu Kamo, a beautiful childhood friend who saved her when she was young. Moeko worships Riyu as a ``living god'' and lives a peaceful life supporting him, but from time to time, a mysterious being called ``God Isourou'' comes to Moeko.
