The Story Unfolds
'Ochitara Owari' starring Misato Ugaki will be broadcast in the 'Wednesday Platinum Night' slot starting July 1st. This is a 'survival suspense' set in a newly built tower apartment that depicts the harsh human situation between housewife Asumi Tsukishima and her mom friends.
The main visual features the main character Asumi, her partner Kumiko Mamiya, who lives in the same tower apartment, and her mom friends Tomoyo Maruyama, Kokona Sakuraba, and Sato Kusunoki. The two-faced nature of the girls, who are harboring jealousy and worries behind the glittering tower apartment complex, is expressed through a glass screen.
Meet the Cast
Naoto Ikeda (Rainbow) will play Asumi's husband Kohei. The cast includes Satoshi Funagayama as Konmiko's husband, Masazumi, Katsutoshi Kihara as Tomoyo's husband, Yasuhiro, Keisuke Takai (Girly Records) as Kokona's husband, Atsushi, and Mari Shimizu as Sato's husband, Eiji. In addition, Hideyoshi Kan will play the role of Kai Kirigaya, the key person in the story.
