The main visual features a medicine seller standing in front of a five-colored curtain and trying to confront the Mononokai, the Two-Headed Woman. The shadows of two women are reflected on the five-color curtain, and a broken mirror is also designed around it.
As previously reported, Hironori Araki will play the role of the medicine seller. Yumi Okada will play the role of Yuzuha, Rihona Kato will play the role of Yune, Raychell will play the role of the wife, Yusuke Yamada will play the role of Saga, and Atsushi Shiramata will play the role of Seikichi.
